The first word that came to me as he finished his initial diagnostic was gratitude for the service he provided in getting us up and running. And this is without installation of his equipment, labor, or even a quote!! Our business had another camera system installed months ago and were left hanging in terms of operation and maintenance when needed. We also didn't have the access to the system as we should have as a Daycare. With one visit Art gave us instruction on our existing system, added the system to our phone for viewing, and provided us with information on how his system will coincide with our existing one. This was all done on the first visit prior to giving us a quote for the cameras that we needed.
