"Art and his team did a fantastic job of designing and installing a CCTV system for one of our premier managed Communities, but hadn't been able to get the level of services and coverage they required, until Art came along. Art designed a system with double redundant backups for both power loss and reliable internet connections with secure hard disk recording (at a remote location) and accessible from our computers and smart phones 24/7. Already this system has reduced vandalism and provides real-time monitoring as well.
