"St. Andrew's School has been working with Art Wheeler of Delaware Camera Systems, on upgrading our security cameras. Art has installed, programmed and serviced our school security cameras for the past two years. Art and his team have always been professional, on time, trustworthy and very descriptive with all the details of the job. After spending 25 years in Delaware law enforcement, I am a little skeptical about who we allow on campus, to perform work on our security systems. I would highly recommend Art Wheeler and his team at Delaware Camera Systems to install, program and maintain security camera systems"
