"I recently started a new job and we have an onsite camera system so out of state managers could monitor our building. Alas, they retired and we had issues with remote access to the system. After several phone calls to the manufacturer, I was finally connected with Art at Delaware Camera Systems. He was able to fix our issue and help upgrade our software to the latest version.
